Dr. Hany Youssef is a board-certified orthodontist. He obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery from USC, completed his residency in orthodontics at USC, and is currently a clinical adjunct professor for USC's graduate orthodontics department. Dr. Youssef brings to his practice a unique skill set that includes extensive experience in treating both children and adults with braces, Invisalign, and also with the new innovative technology called "Inbrace", which is braces from behind the teeth "lingual braces". He is also bi-lingual and able to speak fluently in both English and Arabic. An important note about InBrace - InBrace is a new technology that allows the use of braces from behind the teeth. Dr. Youssef is one of the few orthodontists in Southern California who not only specializes in InBrace treatment but also teaches other orthodontists how to implement InBrace technology in their practices.

An orthodontist is a dentist who has completed a graduate program in dentistry to receive their DDS or DMD (Doctor of Dental Surgery or Doctor of Dental Medicine), and also gone through a competitive residency at a CODA-accredited orthodontic program for an additional 2-3 years to be trained specifically in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics.
